Thanks for the kind words Nicole. That's the kind of motivation I need to start my week. I work 8 days on and then get 6 days off. Often the 6 days off are the hardest because my kids are constantly eating so I end up grazing all day. Remember to get your flu shot everybody. Protect the heard.

I often weigh myself everyday when I'm eating in a deficit. I'm hoping more of our members participate in the weekly weigh in. Doesn't matter what day you do it. It's nice to see other's weight drop, plateau, gain. Everyone is human.

Sometimes I lose a bunch of weight and I'm happy because all my clothes fit great. Then i start slacking off and forgetting about my goals.

Well, we have 10 members now. Should I cancel the other invitations or leave them? I do better in small groups because I like to get to know people, it's hard when there is a lot of members. But we all have equal say. Any ideas?

Good morning, I don't usually eat breakfast and I sometimes just pack a salad for lunch. I'm 35 with a 3 year old boy and a 1 year old girl. I lost 70lbs in 2016 and then fell back into my old habits and gained most of it back, disgusting. I'll be updating my weight weekly on this other thread in this group. It's nice to meet you Ali, I'm sure we can motivate each other.

Plan ahead, pick a meal that suits your calorie intake and adjust what you eat throughout the day. Make yourself accountable, so if you are planning on going over your calories that day maybe eat less the day before and after. Good luck! Always easier said than done. 😉

A 1200 calorie diet? That's brutal. A lifestyle change with good eating habits seems to work. My fitness pal is very convenient for logging calories and Harvard health has a lot of good reading material on healthy eating.

Hey Kora, I lost 70 lbs here only but 1.5 years ago. And have sadly gained back 60. I feel so ashamed but need to get back on the wagon. I need a few good friends to keep me tracking my food daily, I have an open diary. Good luck all!
