It’s ok if you’re the person who is tracking in front of people. However if you know what you’re eating, try logging beforehand.

I try to get my mind off of it by taking walk. I’ve also found that if I drink some water and just wait it out I’m usually good and don’t have any more cravings that make me wanna snack, plus just try not having any snacks in the house but have fresh fruit and stuff like that.

Hello! Not sure if you have the premium version or not but it has a view of looking at your macros by grams. I find that super helpful when measuring food. Also love that you can “create a recipe” using a website hyperlink and it imports everything for you.

I’m doing the dry January as well! I usually only drink on weekends or social events so this will be a change for me. Time to get out of that comfort zone. Always looking for new friends!

I usually have some fruit and a small nip of dark chocolate and that always seems to help the sweet cravings!

I used to be in your shoes. I have found that when I meal prep all of my meals I have no excuse. Also I recommend you get balanced meals throughout the day. Your body is obviously craving carbs so perhaps add some more healthy carbs.

I usually workout in the morning so I get it out of the way. No excuses. I’ve also found that having someone to meet you at the gym or go with you to classes helps. Lastly, having an obtainable goal and placing sticky notes in random places with motivational quotes to help you reach your goal.

I've been doing Crossfit for nearly 6 months and I completely love it. The box I train at is great at teaching form. I recommending just trying it out- not everyone likes Crossfit- but I've found the competitive nature to be super fun. Give it a try!
