New to all of this!

Hi!! My name is Jamie, and I’m just getting into my fitness and food tracking journey. Have to say, the macro tracking and logging of food is so intimidating. I want to work toward my fitness goals at the highest level possible, but how does everyone track their food accurately without being that guy who’s scanning their food at the table!?!? Working on this!

    It’s ok if you’re the person who is tracking in front of people. However if you know what you’re eating, try logging beforehand.
