  • Hello all. I am starting my 3rd week on exercise and diet program. Lost 6 pounds in the first week and nothing in the second week. I found that a little discouraging, but will keep on program since I am feeling so much better eating clean and walking, now that it is glorious out and no ice. I am also cycling.... Wishing…
  • You can do it Hamsters....it is always a struggle keeping it off. I am back at it again too. In one weekend I gained 6 pounds just by eating junk food at night. Lost 3.5 pounds so far. Have a great day.
