I definitely do not eat right when I get up but i have definitely been trying to incorporate btrakfast more often

I have been either eating oatmeal, a special k meal bar or avacoda and egg for breakfast. Then a salad for lunch, fruit to much on throught thr day and for dinner I have a lean cuisine dinner

I take a whole wheat bagel thin with some crushed avacado, salt and pepper. I add a over easy egg and some hot sauce. Soooo yummm

I used this app about a year ago and ended up losing like 22 pounds. And then I got lazy. But now I'm more determined than ever. I just don't want a temporary change I actually would like to change my lifestyle and feel amazing about my self.
