I take a whole wheat bagel thin with some crushed avacado, salt and pepper. I add a over easy egg and some hot sauce. Soooo yummm7

A monster energy drink and 4 hotdogs in potato wraps.5

Iv only just started but so far iv been sticking to oats porridge or scrambled eggs, tomatoes & mushrooms.2
-
Trader Joe's PB & J yogurt1

Cottage cheese or Greek yogurt with peanut butter, chia seeds, and a piece of fruit. It's about 400-460 calories (depending on how large the fruit is), has a good amount of protein, fat, and fiber (my breakfast today has 11g), and is very easy to prep in advance (literally mix everything together and stick in the refrigerator. It's better this way, because the chia seeds gelatinize and make the mixture super thick)2

protein enriched cereal, or fat free greek yoghurt with granola2

Eggs. Sometimes just eggs, sometimes eggs with other things. They're fast, easy and tasty. I never get bored with them.4
-
Today, oatmeal. The last four days before that fruit on the bottom Greek yogurt mixed with peanut butter.1
-
I eat protein, fats and carbs to fill up...eggs and half a whole wheat bagel with a tablespoon of natural peanut butter. It fills me up for several hours.1
-
Today, 3 scrambled eggs covered in hot sauce.1

Pasture-raised eggs! More expensive (sadly!) but UN-believably tasty, creamy and buttery, intensely orange yolks...WELL worth it! And uncured dry-rubbed pastured pork bacon...a completely different experience from supermarket bacon! Again, more expensive, but worth every penny. Part of my reward to myself for having quit smoking in October...the money I am saving on cigarettes I spend on better-quality food.9

I make a big frittata on Sunday night (4 eggs, tomato slices, a little onion). I cut a 'slice' every morning, but it on a toasted whole wheat English Muffin, put a slice of cheese on it - along with a cup of coffee. Fast, easy.5

Well today, I had my first quest protein shake (strawberry and creme made with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. holy crap, it was delicious!), some coffee with 2tbs half and half, and about 35 grams of deli roast beef wrapped around a cheese stick. 220 calories, 36 grams of protein.2

Tortilla with one TBSP of PB and a sliced banana1

I usually do plain eggs, oatmeal, a wrap w/PB and banana, sometimes avocado toast.2

1/2 cup full fat cottage cheese and a no sugar added fruit cup
Protein pancake (1/2 cup Kodiak cake mix with water) and fruit (banana or something)
Half can of tomatoes reduced and spiced with paprika, steam one or two eggs in the mixture
One or two slices ezekiel bread with PB2 and a little jam, or a banana sliced on top
One whole egg plus egg whites scrambled with cherry tomatoes and garlic salt, slice ezekiel toast
I try to keep breakfasts and lunches under 250 cals and accompany with herb or green tea or something.

Small potato with 2 over easy eggs and green salsa.2

I am a huge advocate of "you don't have to eat breakfast foods for breakfast." I had a ham and turkey sandwich this morning for breakfast and oatmeal tonight for supper.2
-
I've been having oatmeal or cereal mixed with protein powder and a small amount of peanut butter or mashed banana if I feel like it - hot water poured over the whole thing. It's honestly mostly since I don't have all that much variety available at the moment but I'm happy with the result. Very quick, easy, and filling as well- warm too which is good for the season. Just make sure you don't put in too much hot water though or it can get rather less tasty.2

I normally have porridge:
50g Oats
250ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
149 calories!
Today however I had a 3 egg omelette with bacon and mushrooms3 -
2 egg omelette with ham, cheese and spinach - quick and delicious!
Although today it was greek yoghurt with raspberries which was yummy but much less satisfying!1 -

This morning i had a pizza...2
-
I just had a bacon/egg/cheese sandwich and a package of hostess donuts.
I do a "Eat whatever I want" day about once a month, and this is it. I almost always stay within my calorie goals though.0 -
I was in a hurry today, so had leftover chicken breast (cooked with bones and skin), a pear, and half an avocado.0
-
Kale sauteed with bacon and apple cider vinegar, top with a couple of poached eggs. Crushed red pepper. Green tea. That's my fave.1

Weekday breakfasts are usuallyblack coffee and one of the following:
Protein bar and piece of fruit
Protein shake (whey protein powder, 2% milk, banana and peanut butter of dash of cinnamon depending on the flavor of the powder)
Hot buckwheat cereal with 1 Tbsp maple syrup and whatever fruit and nuts I have on hand
Gluten free frozen waffle with PB and banana
On the weekends I generally make use of whatever I have in the fridge along side some eggs0
