I think a good way to go about the holidays is on the regular days try to eat as healthy as I can but if I go to a party I’m not gonna restrict, I think that’s the healthiest way to go about it because if you put it off to another time you’ll never do it. Hope this helps

Something I tried today was the steam fresh vegetable medley microwave bag thing that’s only flavored with mrs dash garlic herb seasoning and has olive oil and it’s 180 calories for the whole bag, definitely not filling on its own like you should have it as a side or with rice or something but it’s so convenient you throw…

I also feel like there's no point in losing weight if you're miserable ya know? Like one bad meal or day a week won't make you gain back all your weight. it's tough though

Just saying if you're obese you should be losing weight slowly like a pound a week otherwise you'll have leftover skin. Losing weight slowly gives your skin time to adjust accordingly.
