I feel like we've established that I'm heavier by now, brother. lol

I think it depends on your circles of influence. My sisters both do them on their knees. But I've seen a lot of women who do them on feet. Just depends on what you're exposed to, I think.

Great!

Working on the lean part, 230lbs.

It's a good point. Some people can flop through a lot but I wouldn't call them things push-ups.

Happy family.

Haha, good ole' John Wayne!

Heavier

You also need to have decent ab muscles. I know several people who are very thin, but have very little actual ab muscle so it doesn't show. Whereas, with folks who have huge abs you can see them even through a layer of fat.

Good question, brother.

At 230-ish pounds, I can do between 35-40. And that's with my abdomen touching the ground every rep, not just bent elbows to 90°.

1) Probably go to bed as early and consistently as possible. 2) Yes to surgery. I was two, in a car accident. Bit off all but a thread of my tongue. I wasn't put to sleep before surgery. Do you have a strong stomach for blood?
-
Oh yeah. Chicago land, for you. What's one health choice you keep telling yourself to make but put off?

I'm sort of in the middle of Hawaii Five-O and Agents of Shield, so one of those. I don't really watch TV. Favorite season.

The Magnificent Seven Favorite book series?

Running and deadlifts. And pull-ups. Push-ups, Burpees and tire flips too. What's the longest run/walk you've ever gone on?
