Hey all. I almost never hit my calorie:carbs/fat/protein goal. I'm often around 500 calories short. Meaning I get a net caloric intake of around 1800-2100 a day (depending on calorie loss- activity that day). Is this an issue? Why the default macros?
Hey all. Just wondering why the default macros are set to 50% carbs, 30% fat, and 20% protein. Everything I've ever heard is that you want low carbs, mid fat and high protein.....so why the high carbs and low protein?
