Dr. Kelly Starret and chronic pain/problems

Hey guys and gals. I just want to put this guy out there for all of you. His name is Dr. Kelly Starret. He's all about self maintenance and getting to the root of the problem not just symptoms. Chronic pain when running? Why? What's going wrong? And how do you fix it, instead of just gritting your teeth and bearing it. Pain means there is a problem, and problems lead to injury.

If you have chronic pain, or always have issues with running, or a certain lift or anything of the sort, or just have an achy joint or funky muscle look him up. He's got great stuff. He's a physical therapist/fitness guru and is the reason for a lot of rehab and injury prevention methods used today. To keep this from becoming too long winded, I'll let you guys look him up if you want to. He's revolutionized my habits and lifestyle after my back and neck got screwed up in a car accident.
