Never hit my goal

Hey all.

I almost never hit my calorie:carbs/fat/protein goal. I'm often around 500 calories short. Meaning I get a net caloric intake of around 1800-2100 a day (depending on calorie loss- activity that day). Is this an issue? I think the reason is that since I started logging a week ago, I don't eat anything without recording it, this I eat less. Just wondering/stating that this is curious. Also, I don't seem to be losing weight super quickly either.

    How fast are you losing? Super quickly is vague.

    Hitting your macro are of less importance, try to get in the ball park, over/under over a week it will likely even out.

    Calories are important. I would probably call being 500 calories under your goal is too far under. Assuming that 500 under is on top of your 500-1000 calorie deficit already included in your goal.

    Why don't you eat more? Why are you under eating by 500? Maybe your logging is inaccurate? Might be eating more than you think if you think you are losing too slowly.

    But give it more time, a week isn't a long time.
