Should I ice my arms?

So... I think I made a mistake. lol
I haven't worked out since November due to a car accident. I've worked flooring and landscaping and stuff, but no muscle isolation.
So, Monday morning my sister suggests I come to the gym with her. I figure, "why not?" For the next hour and forty minutes we work out biceps and shoulders.
Moral of the story is my biceps feel like they are trying to tear off of my arms. Well, fore arms right before my biceps. I feel like the hulk, but look like a monk because my arms are most comfortable when bent at a sharp angle.
Should I ice? Should I just let time work it's magic? Should I try massaging?

Ice could help but I am not a Doctor I would suggest you contact your family doctor for an answer to that question to be on the safe side

Sounds like you over did it a bit lol. I'd take ibuprofen, ice/heat them. But really you just overdid it and life/moving is going to suck for a few days. Slow and steady wins the race

Yeah, wasn't really thinking. Should've been more careful....but wasn't lol. Still a good bonding time with my sister.
