What exactly are you eating? Is it just smaller portions or are you cutting out certain foods? I ask because maybe doing something like a keto diet would help you feel satisfied that your eating more satisfying foods and you can concentrate on macros instead of calories.

I really love keto, I'm still in a calorie deficit but at least I don't feel like I'm eating tasteless food or baby portions. I even managed to avoid the keto flu somehow. Send me an add and I'll help anyone who wants to stay motivated :)

Honestly the scale has been a huge demotivator for me too in the past. I get so obsessed with the numbers. Maybe give the scale a break for a week or two. Go hide it and instead use the mirror, pictures, or measuring tape to gage progress. Just an idea :)

Try making a breakfast egg sausage and cheese ( and some veggies if you like) casserole. It will last you several days and all you would have to do is cut out a peice heat it up and go.
