Naturally, I didn't mean like he wouldn't lose weight in the long term if he'd continue eating only 600 kcal. I was talking about his journey up until now - so only about the two months. Eventually, sure, he would start losing weight but it would no doubt be agony to him and his body, not to mention his health.

You can't lose weight because your body thinks it must hold on to anything it can since it doesn't get enough to function as it should. Playing board games, consoles (I have 8Bit, Wii, Snes, Xbox360, Nds and Gba SP) and various PC games. On PC I usually play something my huge Steam collection, but always loved point & click adventure games. Games with RPG elements are high on my list, too. I still have my GW2 installed, but haven't played in ages.

Forgot to add, that so for now the whole exercise thing is a thing for the future. Because a) it will be easier to move around with less weight on my shoulder (and on my arms and legs and back and boobs and butt and...) and b) it will boost my weight loss when the progress will get naturally slower.

I agree with the earlier comments, your plan is way too aggressive. You should definitely consult a doctor before doing anything that radical by yourself, which I am not encouraging. Not just that, but it's much more likely to gain everything back when you lose weight too rapidly. In that time you will starve yourself…

That's good, specially if you want to make them very low-fat and without too much cholesterol. Where I live they sell those cartons, too - but they're way too expensive for everyday use compared to normal egg boxes.

Thanks for the tip, for now I just concentrate on my diet rather than working out - after I've done some real progress on losing weight then I'll start with the exercise.
