  • No, tracker is also a pedometer. If I sat at a desk I simply wouldn't register the calorie burn on top of basal metabolic rate. I do not do a sedentary job and can not meet the small calorie allowance.

  • They all ask for height and weight. Essentially they all do what the map my apps do too. I'm just surprised at the calorie output difference from 2 compared to one!

  • Pretty much. I'd struggle to eat back calories too. I'm just surprised at the low daily recommended target!!
