I would have to agree about that being a lot of protein, I am 5'7 130 pounds and eat between 50-70 grams of protein a day... I also do a lot of different sorts of exercise... I honestly thing your problem might be too much protein.

My husband experienced similar problems and for him, he often times was not consuming enough calories in a day which can have the opposite effect, he also would not eat breakfast and sometimes lunch so then would be scarfing in all the calories in a day after like 4pm.
