Hmm I don't know how well my key would work towards my shoe laces. I just did a quick trial on my draw string..does the trick but a lot of banging going on down there if you know what I mean. I'm thinking that wrist thing would drive me bonkers as well. I'll probably look into getting the zipper shorts or the flip belt…

I'd like to bump this...in case there are some updated ones. I can barely keep ear buds in when I walk let alone trying to run with them. I've tried every size they have. I just started running and I really want to listen to music while I do it. Any help for buds that won't fall out. I fear it is mostly just my ear type.

Please add me! For probably 5 months I didn't have any friends on here as my purpose wasn't to socialize but to track my weight. Now that I have a few friends on here it is pretty insightful how everyone manages their day. Everyone is different so I tend to glean insight from all.

How about uprooting your life and moving somewhere without a job. Marrying a girl from PA when you are from IL will do that to you. Thankfully God is faithful and I had a job 3 weeks later but definitely a leap of faith.
