Started back in April. Weighed 230. Today I weigh 199. Outside of a kayak trip or two I've solely lost this by walking and watching what I eat. I've lost 28 pounds in 5 months. I counted all my dedicated walking time...included those burned calories into my diet as well.

I've always been the first to admit that I screwed up. That typically throws them for a loop because they are so use to getting the excuse run around. Granted I'm paranoid and I'll make darn sure I don't do it again. I'll go from one extreme to the other just to be safe.

It's odd how some people "need" the fix and others don't. I hate coffee and can't stand the stuff unless it is loaded down with other stuff.
