I am 5'3 started out at 134 and now I am at 123 after about a month of paleo diet and running. I even had a few cheat days

My diet basically already consisting of most of these food so it was a pretty easy transition for me. I usually eat eggs with turkey for breakfest and salads and lots of chicken for lunch and dinner. I have lost 7.5 in about 3 weeks since cutting out all processed foods. I also have had some cheat days so you can do it!
