I've lost about 17lb and lost quite a lot of bum :/ think ive mostly retained the boobs. Im in maintenance now so im going to up the protein and get squatting to get the bum back and make sure it's muscle not fat

If you eat the veggies not drink them you'll feel fuller because they'll stay in your stomach longer as your body will need to do more work to digest them. Have a big pile of broccolli or something with dinner.

You have to go to Aldi i love it i'm so sad we dont have them where i go to uni. What kind of fats would you recommend like what foods? Yeah i think 1900 is high considering I'm like 123lb i was planning on aiming for something closer the 1600. But atm I'm barely getting 1100 haha

Aaaw in so glad you liked it! Just for full disclosure I must confess I have been eating low but ive also been crazy sedentary and massively stressed which I think has played a big part in my loss because I'm so focused on my exams I almost was forgetting to eat. Eat well and dont go too low :)

Yes people generally would burn more after surgery because the body is having to do a lot of recovery work to repair everything. Also did you perhaps have to rest for a little after the operstion you may have lost some fitness and that could explain why smaller things feel tougher.
