If it's tunna salad with mayo etc it could easy be 280 per half because a wrap itself is like 150 minimum without any filling and ir's probably full fat mayo too

I dont have cheat days i just work things i want into my calorie goal. That said occassionally e.g bfs bday i went out for dinner so on that occassion i went to the gym the night before and also kept my calories low that day for other meals. I think cheat days set you up for a binge and atarve cycle personally.

Approximately what quantities did you use?

If you've been strength training muscle weight far far more than fat so you may not see scale movement. But im you're seeing improvement in tone that's just as good it isnt all about numbers. Bare in mind that if you're strength training you need to keep your protein pretty high even within a 1200 goal. Possibly you have…

Im 5'6" and initally set 126 as my goal as this is what i was a year ago. Having got there im super happy but wont say no if i can get closer to 120 before my holiday to give me some leeway. I'd set a goal for a weight you were previously then see how you feel and alter accordingly

I think you'd find calorie counting and exercise on MFP to be more sustainable and better at keeping weight off because you can essential eat what you like within your calorie limits. It also helps highlight good choices and bad choicws which you can take forward what you learn when you hit your goal to help avoid gaining…

I never eat mine back just because i think of working out as the effort of getting thin you know and eating them back seems detrimental to that. That said if i want to do something bad like go out for dinner and slurge a bit (only does this twice) i make sure to do a huge gym sessions first. I think it also depends what…

I've lost 13lb in the last month and no one's commented. I think because i was only 140lb to start with it isnt that much of a drastic change but i can see differences in my before pictures to now and I feel loads better which is what really counts. Your friends also might not feed comfortable saying perhaps those who know…

I have the graze box which is under 150calories! Theyre doing a wowcher deal atm and I really enjoy it. I won't be continuing at full price because student loan won't quite cut it but hahaha. The snacks are dead tasty and it's great for trying new stufd and so fun when it arrives!

Just dont eat back exercise calories then you're definitely good to go.

I'm doing well so far staying around my 1260 goal and you're welcome to check out my diary if you want ideas. I tend to bulk up meals with extra veg to stay full longer. But recently I'm also focusing on getting my macros in particular protein to try and avoid muscle wasting. Feel free to drop me a message if you want any…

Heya I'm 20 and a full time student. I've only got about 5lb to lose and hoping to do that in the next 3 weeks

I basically eyed up a few friends and seeing as we go to the gym tomorrow I know what they weigh etc. So I looked at them and basically picked which one I'd aim for because lot's are quite a similar height

I make stuffed peppers so I would bake the peppers and fry the mince with frylight and herbs and spices of your choice like chili cumin etc. Then pop the mince into the peppers possibly with some cheese (feta is fab? if you've the calories to spare. There's tonnes of recipes for this online. The other thing i do with my…

I use kingsmill sandwhich thins (99cal) for lunches and if i have a low calorie soup or something i would have a pitta bread (150cal).

My boyfriend is generally supportive but he does like to make the odd comment here or there and I can tell he finds it exasperating when I either make dinner before i go see him or fuss over weighing stuff when he cooks. I know when I went for cocktails recently for a friends birthday I asked for diet lemonade in my…

I just use the fry light spray it works just as well for frying, doesnt taste of as much as oil but at 1 calorie per spray it's fab.

I would say don't eat them. It's a bad binge habit to get into. Maybe for a 1 off special occassion do a serious gym session if you know you have say a family meal to go to which is bound to have high calories but on a regular basis use exercise to help weight loss dont eat them back.

Drink loads of water or if you're a bit sweet toothed get sugar free squash. I also have cupboards and fridge full of low calorie snacks like low cal popcorn, baked crisps, cereal bars, carrot sticks, peppers, salad etc. Which is a good may to bridge meals without using a load of calories. Maybe you calorie goal is too low…

I generally hit in under 1200 (you're welcome to see my diaries if you're interested how), i rarely feel hungry and probably get more important nutrients than i did previously. I essentially swapped what i normally eat for a low calorie alternative e.g. bread for sandwhich bread thins-took 100 calories off my lunches and…

Cereals, i was always quite anti cereal but weetabix and cornflakes are really working for me! I also have far more eggs and salady themed meals. Im trying veg i never would have selected like spinach. On an opposite note i never thought i could manage without pasta and lots of carbs with meals but now i eat very little…

I would recommend looking at low carb options. I too was a big main meal carb person until mfp but ive just gradually ditched them and have been so surprised by lower carb/carb free options that are great. Worth googling around for recipes or the book lean in 15 has some great low carb recipes too.
