Zumba is amazing for weight loss. I recommend purchasing the tapes. I have been doing Zumba since 2004 & love it! I work out to them at home usually 4-5 days a week. Just make sure to do weight training in between to build muscle. Zumba will slim you down for sure.

Thick hair. Dark hair preferably. Curly or straight doesn't matter. It's just so relaxing to sit and rub a guy's head.

That's great! Right now for me, it is just a dream. I'm trying to get my body right first. Or close enough to where I'd be more confident in signing up for a show. I'm just way too soft right now. I do know of 2 ladies that both won in separate shows on their first try! So I know I can do it. You can too! Good luck :)
