I eat a decadent snack throughout the week, but its for example , one half of a twix candy bar. I dont do cheat days for a whole day. I eat a little something throughout the week so I dont feel deprived.

Im 47, 5'3 1/2", 200.2 lbs, need help with motivation, I got it back but I have to be consistent with being motivated.

I bought a 'step' thing, where you do aerobic step exercises. that can be an alternative to walking when you cant get out. it costs around $40.00 at target.com

yes, thats why your weight loss is so slow.

I would do cardio and strength training. you need to build endurance through cardio, and you will have a leaner body through strength. when you do your race, both elements will help.

you cant do anything about it. it's extra skin, and loose muscle. that being said the skinnier you are, the smaller it will look, or cosmetic surgery can remove it when the doctor pulls it tight and remove excess skin and muscle.

I never eat my calories back. if I earned 200 calories from working out, I dont eat them. I eat only the 1200 calories where they are my caloric goal for the day.

I lost 10 lbs (my ticker says five bc I started logging on mfp after losing five lbs). I have 30 more to go.

just follow the basic rules of weight loss, if you try to use everything you read you will be paralyzed bc they contradict each other. each book is probably legit by itself. youre not a doctor, they could all be meaningful together if you had more knowledge about bio science.

make an omelette, you been eating pancakes a lot. you can eat pancakes tomorrow, they'll taste better since you skipped a day.

type in "starbucks cappucino", mfp will give the calories for it, milk included.

just stay at 1300, you are plateauing, change up your exercise. you'll start seeing results again eventually.

for you, you were eating too many sweets where you couldn't have healthy teeth. remember to brush after you eat sweets every time.

I don't think so. I use youtube videos. Im restarting my journey so Ive bookmarked about five of them so far. they are cardio step, and exercises.
