today is one of them days for eating junk food, for me. I allow myself such days so I dont go on a months long binge, and gain the weight back. I did that last year. mms was my 'sweet' of choice. whats yours?

what if you eat mostly carbs but you stay in your caloric goal where you will lose weight?...will you still steadily lose weight, bc carbs make you gain weight?
