I buy from my farmer because it's better for the farmer and better for the lives of the cattle, and therefore better for me.

I didn't gain that much, but I gained back the whole 20 lbs I lost last year, which puts me over my "I look okay" zone. I'm embarrassed that people have watched the whole thing. I suppose not everyone notices things like that, but it's still embarrassing and discouraging.
