Sounds like good advice. I would still say get a chest strap HR monitor. It has ekg accuracy, you may just need to work up a light sweat in order for it to get an accurate reading. Many will also sync to the treadmills at the gym as soon as your in range (standing on the treadmill).

Like Lounmoun said...the key question is What's your main goal? What is your WHY, your reason for even considering exercise. Are u trying to lose weight? Be healthier for your family? Get stronger?? "Once you figure out your WHY, then the HOW becomes easy!"

Don't know if this is supposed to be our "healthy addictions" but I'm addicted to Onion and Garlic potato chips! :p Had to get that demon under control by limiting when I buy it. If you can't control yourself with your favorite temptation...don't bring it in the house. That's one of my rules B)

What/where do u like to eat? Chicken, beef, vegetarian, McDonald's, subway, Panda Express? Just about every lunch I eat is under 400 cals a day. Very easy to do, let me know what u like, add me and view my lunch profile :D
