@Cowphilosopher I have the paid subscription, I hate the adds on the free version. That said I seldom use my phone to access the site. I mostly use my computer. I only use my phone app to track food and water.

I am using a pass-day for yesterday. I had a bad day but will come back from it. @lesdarts180 I tried using the extra calories at first but found that for me I just didn't see any weight loss that way. I didn't gain but no loss. So now I don't count the exercise calories for my day. I also consider it that I stayed within…

I just looked at my flight home to my parents. At first I was worried about 8 hours in the air and getting my steps in, then I saw that I I will be changing planes a few time, Leaving Edmonton, stopping in Toronto, then going to Montreal and finally leaving for Moncton. It's going to be a long night/morning.

good morning from Alberta, the sun is just starting to come up and it is above 0 today already. Our snow is starting to melt in a big way. @EjoyEvelyn – I think that at times we all get lazy about our food goals. I know that for myself I say to myself 1 won’t hurt, the problem is that 1 cookie leads to 2 cookies and then…

@kaliswalker I am reading The Volumetrics weight-control Plan. My doctor suggested it and so did my daughter’s dietician. My book just arrived yesterday, thank you Amazon Man. Once I’ve read it my hubby will.

Morning all. I'm so happy with myself for getting my walking workout in yesterday. In a few minutes I will go and get today's done. My daughter is on spring break this week. That means that my morning routine is much easier. I don't have to be getting her up and dressed and ready for the day. We got some snow this weekend.…

Good morning all, I have spent the last week or so working on my house, an ongoing life issue. Today I am going to use hubby's car to drive to Tofield and get my work done there. Depending on the time I may also go to Stony Plain, which is the other direction and get that store done. If I can do that I can use hubby's car…

Good morning, it is starting to get more spring like her in Edmonton. I have not been good the last few days, over eating and not getting my walking or exercise in. The good news is that I continued to track my food and blog. Today is a work day for me, so I will get more steps in. Later today hubby and I have an…

Good morning, it stayed above 0C last night. The snow is melting fast. I didn't have to shovel any water yesterday from my back parking pad. Today is going to be a housework day and I am am going to try and get to the Running Room when it opens to see about some new walking shoes.

@kaliswalker Hubby and I have been in Edmonton since 1997, it feels like forever. It is now home for us and unless things really change we will be here for the rest of our lives. We both grew up in New Brunswick. I have lived in NB, NS and Ontario before moving to AB.

Good morning to all, hope that everyone has a great week. We are going to get a little snow today, hopefully not enough to cause too much of an issue. It is just getting light now after time changed this weekend.
