What exactly dos DOMS stand for ? I've seen it used a lot around here. My guess is delayed onset muscle soreness but I'm not sure. Thanks for the answers so far guys.

Yes I definitely don't want to make it worse but I am kind of frustrated because this week I was planning to get up to my bodyweight on the bar. Oh well :( Don't worry if it's still hurting by Wednesday I'll skip squats. :)

Are you a vegan/vegetarian? If not eat more meat. Fish,shrimp,lean beef, lean pork loin (1.99$ at Costco). Also Greek yogurt, cheese. Unfortunately apps and machines seem to over calculate calories burned. And you want net calories burned instead of gross because some of those calories you burn while doing nothing. The calculations for figuring net calories is appropriately Your weight x .3 for walking. And your weight x .63 for running. Those are for 1…

There is no fast way to loose weight short of surgery Depending on how overweight you are it could take years. I'm sure it'll take me another year before I'm to my goal. You didn't gain it all overnight you won't loose it overnight. Just keep at a calorie deficit and you will start to loose. You can do it!

There is 16 g of sugar in a cherry poptart. And 4.5 g sugar per oz of grapes. So 1 poptart is equal to not quit 4 oz of grapes. That's like what 10-15 grapes if even that many. I have a question,I have been counting calories for about 8 months or so now,and have lost around 95 lbs from my high of 284. I'm 189 right now, should I take a diet break and eat at maintinence for 2 weeks ?and should I start lifting? Thanks.

Yes it is usually normal to loose a lot in the first few weeks. I lost 8 the first week then over the next couple weeks it went down to around 2-3 a week. Keep up the good work!

Maybe get the weight of the brine before you brine the pickles then take the pickles out and reweigh the brine to see how much is absorbed?then use maths to figure out the calories?
