I hate most raw vegetables i do like them cooked though. Except cauliflower and cabbage those are disgusting either way.

I gained 20 lbs in two weeks in Hawaii. I wnt from one meal a day slowly loosing to 244 its been about 2 months and im down to about 230it was disappointing that i gained so much weight but i do not regret it. I just have to work a little harder(had thanksgiving in the middle of the trip ).

Hardboiled cut in half with a little salt is my favorite. I boil my eggs by putting cold water in a pot along with however many eggs i need than i put it on the stove till it starts boiling,i start a 15 min timer after it starts to boil. I have never had that problem with any of my hardboiled eggs. Do you like your eggs boiled soft or hard?

I have had good luck with miralax the two times i was clogged. It does suck alot of water from your body into your digestive system so you do need to drink alot of water.

Personally I'm just not hungry till evening so I usually eat one meal(around 6-7 pm)I do however have to be careful or i can go way over my calories if im not keeping track.

I had a bad accident while playing softball about 6 years ago and somehow my left kneecap ended up on the side of my leg. With a friend holding down my leg i pushed it back into place with some effort. I was on crutches for 3 weeks and couldn't run for about 6 months. Probably should have went and seen a doctor about it…

I never eat breakfast. Haven't for years now. I usually get up at 5:40 Am,and eat lunch around 12:30. Supper used to be around 5:00 but my new job pushes that off till 7:00 or so. As for getting used to it I can't really give any advice except for drinking water and eating an early lunch might help for you.

In the end it comes down to genetics . But staying hydrated can help as well as being younger. But in the end it is genetics.

Well I was sick 2 weeks ago and I was wiped out after work and any activity made me cough so I did skip that week. I focused on recovering from the sickness rather then wearing out my body even more by going to the gym. But in the end only you can decide whether or not to go.

All I know is I took a break from squats for a week while I let my leg heal (I hit it really hard against something) and when I added them back in my legs were sore for 3 days.

Or maybe she actually thinks lots of butter is good for weight loss. I had a lady tell me 4 months ago that I should eat a stick of butter a day to loose weight because butter is a "good fat" and would aid in weight loss. She was serious too. Just make sure you don't push too hard. I made that mistake when I changed my diet.... let's just say it wasn't good and yes I regret pushing so hard every time I release yesterday's food :neutral:

Those little itsy bitsy teeny weeny frozen small pizzas. 410 calories per 1/4 ouch! I can make a bigger pizza with more bacon sausage and cheese and it's only twice as filling as the frozen one for about the same calories. How do they pack so many calories into a little frozen pizza!?

Do you have a food scale and do you weigh all the food. If not you are eating more then you think you are.

Firstly if you are not loosing weight you are not in a calorie deficit, you may think you are but if you don't have a food scale your not logging acutely also many of the entries in MFP are just plain incorrect which causes you to think you have more calories then you actually have left. Well here is the bacon that you can make out of a pig Bacon(from the bellies) Cottage bacon(from the shoulders) Canadian bacon(from the loins) Jowl bacon(from the jowl(disgusting imho)) I certainly don't work at a butcher shop:)
