Need some advice for a new activity level.
Hello guys I recently switched jobs. I used to be working at a butcher shop standing in basically the same place for 7-8 hrs a day. Now though I work as a roofer. I am still on my feet all day however now I'm moving around and carrying shingles to put them on. What activity level would this warrant?thanks.

Help with cold hands?
I would like some advice on my cold hands. I used to always be hot but then I lost close to 100 lbs. I am still overweight and slowly loosing but I always have cold hands at my job I am dreading winter as my hands are always freezing during winter. Is there anything I can do to get better circulation or something?

Swai filets?
Is this right 70 calories for 4 oz raw swai? That seems a little low at 17.5 calories an oz but that's what the bag and several websites say ,and I searched for the usda info but couldn't find a calorie count from them. Any one know?
