Swai filets?

Is this right 70 calories for 4 oz raw swai? That seems a little low at 17.5 calories an oz but that's what the bag and several websites say ,and I searched for the usda info but couldn't find a calorie count from them. Any one know?

That is pretty close. I don't have it in front of me to check but I am thinking the bag is have shows 80 calories per 4 ounces but it could be 70. Either way, it is very low calorie.

Something about that doesn't add up. Usually the USDA's macro to calorie ratios are pretty close, but that one's got the kcals overstated (or macros understated) by about 30%.
