Hello guys I recently switched jobs. I used to be working at a butcher shop standing in basically the same place for 7-8 hrs a day. Now though I work as a roofer. I am still on my feet all day however now I'm moving around and carrying shingles to put them on. What activity level would this warrant?thanks.

Roofing is hard work! Try Very Active, and if you don't lose weight as expected over time (give it a month or so), drop down to Active.
