Let's start this journey together!! We can do this! My weekend of eating has been so so. I do find myself eating without thinking....which is usually the type of eating that gets me in trouble. Anyone else a mindless eater?

@DelaCass Yes!! I feel like all my hard work during the week just literally gets eaten away on the weekends. I need to work on changing this bad cycle. And I have to remember it's a cheat meal, not cheat days! Good luck!

Anyone else finding this app a little finicky? I can't seem to be able to comment on people's status updates? I want to encourage MFP friends and the app is not working. Anyone else experience this?

I agree. It's definitely easy to lose track and not realized how all the weight piled on. But I am tired of the Monday diets. It's about making life style changes to just feel healthier.

I only have about 700 calories left in my day. I think I'm overthinking the whole calorie count. Also, I do realize it's a 600+ calorie meal of healthy stuff and not 1 cheeseburger!! Sorry....still learning and trying to get the hang of this. Thanks.

I just made myself a "healthy" brunch....600+ calories later. Ugh! I need to start logging in the food BEFORE I eat.

Thank you!! I think that's the key to this whole thing. Not giving up. I've been in the cycle of giving up and calling it quits after a bad day or a bad meal. But it's all about making changes now and sticking to them. I just have to remember that!

Anyone else a Monday Dieter? Meaning every Monday after a weekend long of eating and drinking whatever you want honestly believe that Monday you're going to change your ways, will start again, and by Wednesday night you're stuffing your face with In-N-Out? The struggle is real!

I've got you beat. I can literally eat Costco pizza all day. I've bought a pizza And grazed on it ALL day. Maybe ate more than 1/2 of it by myself. And Costco pizzas are HUGE. Ugh
