I wore my heart rate monitor to hot vinyasa yoga (1 hr 15 min class). It showed that I burned 120 cal. So basically if I do yoga, I don't count my calories. I consider it more stretching and use the calories to balance out any tracking imperfections. That's just me though.

I like sugar free pudding cups, jello, Greek yogurt, and the 90 cal fiber one brownies (love those).

I just finished another round. I've done it several times all the way through over the last several years. Month two is truly very hard. By the time I'm on the last week I'm very thankful it's over. I do use two of month two workouts (max interval circuit and max interval plyo) and will add them in my workout schedule…

My sister has been doing crossfit since Feb of this year and loves it. She was really disappointed that she wasn't losing weight. Her box started doing IIFYM 4 weeks ago (logging weight and inches lost). She is down 15 lbs and 5.5". Basically once she started keeping track of calories the weight started coming off. Diet is…

TJ Maxx has a great selection. I like 90 degree also and Marika Balance Collection. My favorite yoga pants are ATHLETA.

I am going to eat all the food and drink all the wine:)

Red vines licorice. I developed a craving for them about a year ago, and have no clue why. 75 calories a piece. I can easily eat the whole family size bag.

I would definetly rethink your diet and add more protein. I love Pure Protein drinks (30g of protein), and they have a great chocolate flavor. I always have these in the fridge to help get my protein intake and really helps curb hunger.

I have done Insanity, P90X, 21day fix, and Turbo Fire. I really love them all and find them effective. It is nice to have a variety of DVDs and a workout schedule to follow. I am currently doing Insanity for the third time (great cardio burn). I really like the upper and lower body weights DVDs on 21day fix. You can find…

I really appreciate such a detailed response. The reason I was asking is I know someone who is very overweight (400+ I would guess), she has many health issues. She told me she had to see a new doctor and that he recommended weight loss surgery and that all the doctors she sees always try and talk to her about it. I was…

This^. Who cares what anyone else thinks. You know what's best for you:)

I'm not squeamish at all. I've, however , not run into the problem of visible sweat on a piece of equipment I'm about to use. If I did, I would just wipe it down. No big deal.

If they asked my advice then yes I would. Otherwise, I feel they are going to do what they are going to do and believe what they are going to believe.

There is nothing like the first cup of morning coffee. I use about a teaspoon of fat free half and half. Makes me happy:)

I most always workout in the morning fasted. I do not like breakfast and prefer to workout on an empty stomach. Also if I wait until evening to get my workouts in I find too many things can get in the way and they won't happen. First thing in the morning I don't even have to think, I just do it.

You should be very proud. Awesome accomplishment!

You truly look amazing. I certainly would never think surgery is an easy way out. How have you adapted since the surgery? Lifestyle changes? If you don't mind me asking.

I would eat a light lunch and order steamed chicken and broccoli with the sauce on the side. Works for me.

I cannot imagine giving unsolicited advice while someone is working out. What someone else is doing is not my business. I definetly do not want someone trying to correct my form if I have not asked. I think you should work on you and let it be.
