How do you all track hot yoga/ power flow yoga?

The same as regular yoga. Hot yoga feels like you're working twice as hard but don't be fooled.3

I practice Vinyasa yoga four times a week and just use the yoga entry.1

I generally go for vinyasa yoga and give myself 100-150 calorie burn for the hr and a half. It's conservative, but safe.0

I wore my heart rate monitor to hot vinyasa yoga (1 hr 15 min class). It showed that I burned 120 cal. So basically if I do yoga, I don't count my calories. I consider it more stretching and use the calories to balance out any tracking imperfections. That's just me though.0
