Thank you so much, @AbandondedKSCharger. 2 and a half weeks ago, I had to say goodbye to my grandma. Permanently. It was the hardest thing I ever had to do. I was at her bedside bawling. She told me not to do that because I had a little boy I had to be here for and to put him through school. I'm sure she didn't mean this…

I'm in the same boat! I had myself a nice long break from dieting and paid the price by gaining most of the 44 pounds I had lost. Counting calories has worked well for me. I'm allowing myself at least 1,200/day. 1,500 at most. Everyone feel free to add me! :)

Myself as well. I'm under the obese category at 250 and 5'9". I started this lifestyle (again) back in September. Dropped 40 by Christmas and after Christmas and New Years festivities, I had a small set back. Got back on it today. We can do this! Everyone send me a friend request if you like!
