I work as a landscaper.i have gone to the gym about 3 times in those 4 months.i treat my job as a workout.

I watch my sugar intake better. I start my day with cottage cheese and blueberries . a bowl of cheerios. I cut out bread for the most part and eat mostly a flaxseed wrap. I think the most important part is portions. I still eat pizza and burgers and all that good stuff. I love chocolate, but now i just do dark chocolate .…
