if your going to a correction academy, i suggest work on your pushups, situps, running and pulls ups as well, state and other goverment type academies for corrections are similar to police academies, i have been in the military, also law enforcement and currently armed security

you should eat 3 meals plus snacks, something along the line like this: breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, mid- afternoon snack, dinner, evening snack, and your snacks should be good choices, like fruit, protein bars or shakes. plus at least 8 full glasses of water.

2 weeks with out a number 2 is not good, you need to take a laxative or go see your doctor, that's serious constapation .

syrus 911 can you post your stats, that might help some of the pros here with giving you the proper advice, , i personally would not have surgery , you be amazed how much weight can be lost just by simply walking.

i move the seting to active, and change it back and it changed when i changed the setting , when i set it back to original setting it did not fix it

i am not doing any work outs programs yet just walking around the house , at the store, and doing foot patrols at work as i am a security officer, so i get 10 k steps daily most of the time, im waiting to loose about 20 -25 lbs before i start working out with a good program like Focus T@5 or P90.

i noticed i got my setting on my profile to sedentary, but i normally get 7-10 thousand steps in a day from walking around at home and at work, can it be that MFP adjusted my caloric plan because i am burning lots of calories daily by walking and stuff because i am obese???

because i feel full with the intake i am eating right now, am i supposed to eat back some of the calories or if i don;t want to, wouldn't that help me lose more weight by not eating back calories?

yes fitbit surge, but im eating under 1940 calories, if you look at my meals for the last 2 -3 days the totals are under 1900 for the day

my allowable for a 2 lb weekly lost is 1940 cals, but i normally stay 100 -200 under witha few occasions were i gone 400 - 500 cal under that, lol
