I was originally walking and eating at a deficit, and lost 35 lbs, then for 2 weeks no weight change but I lost inches, then I started P90 from beach body. I am doing th he Sculpt schedule. Which uses resistance bands for overhead presses, curls, also lots of squats and pushups and for two more weeks no change on the…

once i reach my life time target weight, i want to continue to stay active in fitness, i am 53 years , soon to be 54 in 12 days, my goal is to hit close to my goal weight by my 55 birthday, i don't expect to be a body builder, but i really admire Tony Horton, he is 58 years soon to be 59 and he is in top physical…

It change my goal to 2450 Calories
-
Okay I will set it to active
-
Debrag, you saying I an better off if I disable the fitbit from mfp, and eat until my net matches my goal?
-
No where on the MFP does it say net, it says: goal - food + exercise = remaining, so what is the net and what shous that number be fir a 2 lb loss?????
-
so you are saying my remaining on the far right of MFP should more like a 1000???
-
2000 is what i actually eat, actually more like 1700- 2000 calories, i dont know what you call net, are you talking what is on the right of mfp, the remaining, my remaining is usally 1700 - 2500, because of my activity level
-
fit bit surge, okay i just did my weekly weigh in a measurement, results were, no change on weight scale for 2 weeks, i lost one inch off waist, lost 1 inch off left tigh and gained half inch on my left bicep,, im right handed by the way
-
okay first of all the 5000 calories is not from exercise alone, example if i was paralized and lay in a bed 24 hours a day will my body burn calories, yes it would to live, for my organs to keep me alive, then when you add walking at 290 lbs for 20, 000 steps that's when you get a total of 4500 - 5200 calories burned if…

I could be happy at 200 lbs with 90 lbs of fat lossed
-
Also its only been 2 weeks that I have not lost weight, but I did lose qunter of a inch on my thighs. Also I started P90 on Monday, so my muscles are sore from the 25 minute workout, so the fact I could be holding on to 5 - 6 lbs of water seems very possible, and I am not miserable, I just wanted to make sure I am doing…
-
So you are saying I should be eating 2400 - 2500 calories instead of 2000
-
Okay I will up my water intake to a gallon starting tomorrow to see how that goes, my doctor told me I have high blood pressure and put me on medication, hd told me I could come off the medication lost all the weight I started early April at 325 lb I'm 288.5 as of 2 weeks ago ge said I should get down to 180 lb and do it…

My urine is almost clear, I only drink water, coffee, body fortress protein and muscle milk protein, no juice, ono soda and I mix protein with water, and yes I am using the MFP wAyer recommendation, like right now I have a little over 20 k steps done a ND I still got 3 patrols, so I will end up with 25 l steps tonight
-
MFP says 64 ounces
-
So how much water should I be drinking ???
-
I was told that I should not go below 1500 calories as I would not be eating enough and I would lose muscle and it could hurt the body on the long run
-
Well I do have high blood pressure, and I'm drinking 64 ounces of water, but the P90 workout uses power band , dumbells, and I do pushup, squats, and other strength training stuff, I was told the body retains water for repairing muscle and for recovery, could that be it?
-
I don't weigh the fast food sandwich or salads, everything else I do
-
According to my fitbit I have burned 3874 calories since 1 minute after minute, I sleep with my fitbit on, so I counts what my body burns while I sleep too
-
I'm 5 foot 9 inches, 290 lbs, 53 years old I have walked so far 16, 949 steps and I got 6 more patrols to go at roughly 1500 steps per patrol, inside the building and I have eaten 1200 calories so far, I have not have my dinner yet, normally my total burn with activitie. P90 workout and walking I burn between 4500 - 5200…
-

-
I have a fitbit and it monitors my daily activities. I with 290. and I work security, I con duct foot patrols half my 7 hour shift, so i log 20, 000 steps I night, plus what I burn, usually total us 4500 to 5300 depending on the patrold
-
i weigh and measure all my food.
-
i have not losed any weight in 2 weeks, but i lost 1/4 inch in my thighs and my neck, and my energy level is pretty good, i am eating 1600 -1800 calories per day out of 2000 calories allowed and i feel fine, no cravings, im am getting over 100 grams of protein a day also
-
Clothes are loser, on waist and definitely the pant legs, so uou think it's more a combination of things, and I should measure. My waist, neck thighs, and arms to check. And not rely on th e scale so much
-
error meant deflating
-
i have lost 35 lbs icurrently wear size 56 waist pants i can fit the 54 waist pants but there are not as lose around the crotch area and seating areas as i would like as my stomach fat is hanging lower bellow the the belly button areas, kinda like my belly is defalting, lol
