I started on April 9, at 325 lbs, 2 weeks ago scale read 284 lbs, last week scale read 288 lbs, this week scale still reads 288 lbs. I burned 33 k calories this week and ate 14 k tge difference was 18 k I divided that by 3500 and it gave 5.39 weight loss, no change on scale 2 weeks in a row. My scale is 10 years old and digital, when I lean forward on the scale it gives me a higher reading that when I try to stand straight. The only exercise I have been doing is wal ki ng 20 k steps per day, I have my MFP set to 2 lb loss per week, I have noticed an increase in energy and definition iny legs. Also I have struggled with drinking water, could the no weight loss in 2 weeks be a combination of retaining water and building muscle on my legs from all the walking or should I get a new scale? ???

I recommend adding another gauge: body measurements.
I'm down to my last 10# so the weight loss is really slow.
In the last 3 weeks, I lost only 0.4# BUT I lost 0.5" in my waist, which is AWESOME!
Did your clothes fit a bit better/looser?
Definitely start doing body measurements.
Sometime I measure myself weekly, but weigh in every other week or just once a month.
Keep up the great job!

Clothes are loser, on waist and definitely the pant legs, so uou think it's more a combination of things, and I should measure. My waist, neck thighs, and arms to check. And not rely on th e scale so much
