No - you can get a toned body through bodyweight excersises. In fact you can get a more "defined" body usually through bodyweight and usually a bigger, "bulkier" body through weights. But no matter what, diet is very important. Also, I *kitten* hate kettleball but do whatever you feel

Body weight excersises are an option that can help you maintain your gains. Mixing between lifting and bodyweight is actually very smart and beneficial so this could be a blessing in disguise. Though you won't "bulk" like you can with lifting you can still increase strength and become more "shredded". Here's one regime:…

I believe working out is about discipline and not motivation. Motivation may start the process but you will need discipline to continue. Make it a habit to work out as scheduled. Discipline in your diet and excersises will get you the results you are looking for, not motivation.

The app will also calculate how many calories you lose through activity through the day (your 30 minutes walking) if you have your phone step counter on. This means that if you spent 30 mins…

Smith machine in general is just awful and I highly recommend not using it for squats. You don't need a spotter for squats unless you are moving serious weights (like competition bodybuilder type which I doubt you are). Try to use a free bar for a more natural range of motion as smith machine can restrict range of motion…

I'm pretty sure that you don't lose much calories lifting weights, but it depends on what exercise you are doing

You can't control what area of your body loses weight. Usually the place where you first get fat, is the place you lose it last. Just keep grinding

Happens man lol
