6/3/16 weight: 242.5 6/10/16 weigh in 235.5 6/17/16 weigh in: 232.5 After months of struggling to get the scale to move...I finally *moved* and things started to change… I knew what I had to do to lose weight , I was just very lazy and uncommitted. I apologize for being late… Was having Internet issues. However there is good news, I lost 3 pounds so I do feel better this week about my progress. I was very mindful of things I ate this week and I made sure that even if I ate things that were not great choices, I ate very small portion controlled amounts

Mirabelle....a day here and there doesn't define what your efforts are the majority of the time.... You are fine, you will refocus and I think sometimes it just gives us something to compare it to when we have the ups and downs with weight loss.
