  • I love Jillian Michaels 30 day shed. It’s 18 minutes and 3 circuits of 6 minutes so it goes by really quickly. I just do it on week days (10 days per level) and just keep doing the level until I can do it without feeling like I’m going to die

I was 181 last April, dieted for a couple of months (not using MFP) and was about 173 in August which is when I started using this app properly and logging everything, and am currently 129. I stick to 1200 calories but always eat at least half if not all of my exercise…

  • The answer is counting calories... the closer to your goal you get the harder it becomes to lose weight. You're probably eating maintenance calories now which is why you've not lost any more. Put your statistics into MFP and set your goal to 1lb a week and start calorie counting. Weigh and log everything you eat and you…

  • I hate pendulum lunges with hammer curls too! And the squat and V lift thing in the strength of the last circuit :neutral: They're getting easier though! Day 15 done. No inches lost and the scale isn't moving but I feel stronger so I'm focusing on that!
  • You can easily undo the weeks deficit in a while cheat day. My advice would be to still log EVERYTHING you eat, even if you go 'all out' and eat 5000 calories or something.   • Day 13 complete!! Weight loss is still stalled but I haven't measured my inches yet. When did you (if you did) start noticing you had lost inches? I love that I'm feeling stronger and don't feel like I'm dying half way through anymore.
