I’ve had this app for years and never had this problem for so long. Restarted with MFP on Monday and my mum started too, but from the get go our fitbit steps/exercise aren’t syncing. Is my bike helmet safe,
So my bike helmet arrived today. It’s adjustable for head sizes 55-61cm, and mine is 55cm. My concern is that when the helmet is fitted correctly, it doesn’t move, but there is a gap between my head and the helmet. This sounds like a problem to me? Even though the helmet doesn’t move?

Is there such thing as too slow?
So, I'm on W4D1 which is the day I gave up a few years ago. I usually walk at 3mph and jog at 4mph. Today, I jogged at 3.5mph and finished it without feeling like I was dying. Is it ok to carry on at this speed? Or should I try and push myself faster?

Hi everyone. Not sure if this is in the right section! So, I've done almost 10,000 steps today so far, and my Fitbit has synced with MFP and MFP has given me 497 calories worth of exercise. Does this seem accurate? It just seems a little much for just walking? Thanks for your help!
