I've only lost 7lbs (33lbs still to go!) but I put a top on tonight that I usually sleep in, and it's usually pretty skin tight and that's the reason I wear it in bed, because I wouldn't let anyone see me in it, but it's roomy!! I had 40lbs to lose 2 weeks about and now I've got 33lbs to lose. I'm doing keto, or a variation of it at least. My macros are 10% carbs, 65% fat and 25% protein. Im enjoying it, and as I've been eating more protein I've found that I haven't been hungry (whereas I thought I would be!). Im obviously very new to this too and…

Hi!! My goal is to lose 40lbs also, and I've lost about 5lbs of that goal. I've had MDP for a while but only really committed to it for the past week. I need some friends with similar goals too!

I was only after advice on the low carb diet and success that people have had on it... I've done my research, was just after some friendly advice.

I think it has something to do with the insulin resistance? I'm not too sure how it works, I just know that that is what my doctor advised and apparently many women with PCOS have found success with low carb ☺️

I thought PCOS was a life long condition and people just worked on maintaining the symptoms? I didn't think it could be cured?
