You can do it! I remember that run and how much I was dreading it. But if you slow down as much as you can and don’t think about it youbreally CAN do it! It’s a mind game. Amazing job for your progress though!

I’m an active MFPer! Lost 60lbs last year and then put 20 on when I moved to Rome. I started a challenge to lose 10lbs by new year a few weeks back and then I hope to lose another 10 by March so I’m in! Feel free to add me😊

One more day until weigh in... I hope I’ve done enough in the last week! 🙈
-
@lizziekeats we’re already friends! :smiley:
-
Yes please. Daily logger, 5’2, 20-30lbs left to lose😊

My Wednesday is going good! But I’m so sore... don’t my first pole fitness class yesterday and I’m aching, big time. Managed my run this morning still and so far, this week is going good and the rest of it will too!

My first goal weight was the pound under a ‘healthy BMI’. From there I realised I needed to lose more. I lost another 15 and started feeling great, would’ve tried to lose another 10lbs after that and see how I felt, but I moved to Rome and put on 20lbs.

Well done all!!

Amazing woosh!!

Challenge start weight: 150lbs Nov 5th: 149 Nov 12th: 146.8 New year goal: 139 I’m usually a daily weigher, besides this week! And damn, it made me anxious! I was sure I had put weight on, regardless of me staying below calories. Trust the system! Just under 7lbs to go before new year!
-
Hope everyone’s week is going good!

I have hypothyroidism and PCOS, managed to lose 60lbs last year just by calories counting (ate at least half of my exercise calories back) moved to Rome and regained 20. But I’m back on track to lose them. Just need will power and mfp to lose.

Challenge start weight: 150lbs Current weight: 149lbs New Year’s Day goal: 139lbs

@srsly I’ve gained 20lbs from my lowest too!

Let’s check in on this thread then. Every Monday, post your start weight, current weight, and goal weight by new year! Every week hopefully we’ll be at least 1lb down! We got this💪🏼

@bubblemum2 No weekly weigh ins, just add people who are in a similar situation and will be motivational! Feel free to add me and I’ll post my weekly weigh ins. We’re roughly the same weight and height so add me!

Amazing job! I loved c25k! I couldn’t run the full 60 seconds to begin with, but now I run 30 minutes non stop 5x a week (used to run 40 3x a week). I’m extremely slow and don’t run 5K but I’ll gradually increase my speed when I’m ready. It’s not a race, right? Congrats on your progress! Trust the plan, you can do it!

I’m 5’3 and lowest weight was 127. Still had weight to lose and think I’d have been comfortable at 115-120. Currently 150, trying to get back down.

Seeing my boyfriend in 3 months. Hoping to lose about 15lbs by then. Will be the smallest he’s ever seen me and I’ll only be 4lbs from my lowest weight and only have about 15/20lbs left until my goal.

No one told me how defensive I’d become over calorie counting and MFP. ‘You calorie count? You know it’s unhealthy to obsess over numbers, just eat healthily and it’ll come off’. Erm, excuse me? You can over eat on healthy food, and I personally love knowing the numbers, it makes me feel in control. And who’s lost all this…

Me too! Lost 60lbs last year, moved to Rome, and gained 20 back. Need to shed these last 30lbs!! Want more active friends so add me!
-
I have PCOS and hypothyroidism. I lost almost 60lbs (181 to 127) by just calorie counting. Started exercising too but I eat back just over half my exercise calories. I’m short too so I stick to 1200 unless I exercise. Gained some back whilst living in Rome but back on track today to lose the last 30!
-
My goal is 118lbs, currently 146 with my lowest being 128. Can’t wait to be at goal!
-
You look amazing, so much stronger and healthier too! Thanks for the inspiration and extra motivation.

I’m surprising the boyfriend with a surprise visit at the end of this month (he lives in Italy, me in England). Haven’t seen him since the beginning of last month. Want to lose about 5lbs before I see him, then maintain the loss whilst in Italy as I have a wedding on the 8th of September where I haven’t seen some of my…

I love Jillian Michaels 30 day shed. It’s 18 minutes and 3 circuits of 6 minutes so it goes by really quickly. I just do it on week days (10 days per level) and just keep doing the level until I can do it without feeling like I’m going to die
