50/50 here. I eat my food fast but not if I chug water first or take water breaks during. Luckily my spouse eats like a territorial dog so I look slow and dainty. I also eat my food by item not attacking the whole plate. I eat veggies first, protein second, carbs third and dessert last.

So I would consider elbow planking. This will take months to perfect but by the end of month 1 you'll notice improvement. Start as long as you can hold and go up to 2min. Once at 2 minutes add side planks same method. It helps a lot in the loose skin or weird shape department when other options fail also add cellulite…

So I had this problem after my muscles atrophied because I was struggling with my health and I over came it. Hear me out, you might not be strong enough for those exercises. I had to switch to walking and swimming which massively toned my legs over 6 months and I increased my speed in both over time. After that I could do…

What motivates us is what motivates us. I didn't do well doing it for me. However when I started exercising and dieting to send my hubby hotter nudes at work BAM I was REALLY motivated or at least I had a strong enough reason to stay disciplined. Sometimes outside inputs is what does it for us. I have heard many power…

18,173 steps Lots of water Under my calorie goal In answer to the question I get most of my steps outside. M-Th I walk my daughter to and from school which is about 2 miles. Everyday if I'm feeling well I walk my 3-4mile walk. I also walk to and from the store for shopping. I try to walk to walmart and back F-S to account…

This is a great observation. I do not absorb vitamin B without L Methylfolate and was misdiagnosed numerous times prior to getting a saliva test that showed my B12 was low because on my own I don't absorb enough naturally. My symptoms mimic severe anemia but are in some ways worse. I had the feeling of suffocation upon…

I also have my step count every day for all of may if you need it. I have the google fit app that's recorded it for months each day.
-
My daily goal is 10,000 minimum. If you'd like to add me I don't mind posting my steps it's totally up to you. It might help our team in which case I'm all for it.🙂

16,074 steps today🙂. Under calorie goal and met water goal.

Should I change my MFP handle.... I've been thinking about this for a while.
-
I'm not in your challenge until june but my steps today where over 15,000 which is normal for me on weekdays🙂

So I can easily consume 3000 calories a day with food and alcohol on vacation in a week. I have to plan and log both my food and exercise. In 2017 I went up 10lbs from a week long vacation in Vagas. I think a normal person would be fine I personally can out eat most large men and did just that.

This is true but I've learned the hard way that it's better to be over cautious than have a sick kid. My daughter is dairy intolerant. We find dairy in nearly every canned meal such as soup, chilli, ravioli and sauces even tomato based. We have encountered dairy in mixed canned products containing vegetables and beans to.…

It's helpful not only to hear what the answer to your question is but how to find it yourself because most of us eat 1/6 of a cake serving 1/3 of a dinner ect. It's a recurring problem with variation hope my answer gave you a little insight🙂

So if it's a pre portioned meal you use fractions and decimals the meal is whole serving. Find the decimal conversion for 1/3(all fractions can be converted to decimals. Then click your shepards pie meal and click on serving and instead of 1 type in .3 or what the correct decimal ends up being. You can't always get perfect…

My daughter just turned 9. My first weigh in I lost nothing and gained nothing. I did not see a positive weigh in for 3 weeks but I never went up or quit. Eventually my weight began lowering. I learned their is a method to weighing. I have to recreate my weigh in circumstances to gauge progress. I weigh in my birthday suit…
-
Also to recap your first weigh in CANNOT be bad. Without knowing where you started 2weeks ago you have no idea what you lost it could've been 15lbs or 0.2lbs. You have to remember that and keep going 2 more weeks to get a good idea of how your weightloss is going. Often we went up far more than we admitted to ourselves so…

I am semi scale phobic. I suffer from "body dysmorphia" meaning my self image is not acurate or reflective of reality. I weigh everyday and often strongly dislike what I record. For me it's about staying present and accountable. I know I'm not where I want to be. The scale hasn't told me anything I didn't already know…
-
I only get scale magic like that when I forget to warm up my scale. A lot of digital scales need to be reset by weighing a small item before you weigh yourself or they read inaccurately by around 5lbs. That being said congradulations on your massive atcheivment so far. I love it when hard work pays off even after a splurge…

Also read your soups and pretty much all canned food because dairy will be hidden in there unless the label lists vegan
-
So dairy free ice cream, almond milk, soy milk and diya cheese are great. Personally I hate cashew milk. Pick vegan sauces like alfredo and spaghetti as well to avoid dairy and watch which breads you buy buttermilk and many others contain milk/ dairy. Goat cheese is tasty and more tolerable to babies. Also dairy free…

I'm low normal and found extreme physical improvement from taking an iron supplement. I don't take it every day but every other day really helps and everyday during my menstration week. The nice thing is if you get extra backed up you can take it less often.

I don't do cheat days because you can't outrun your fork. I do allow myself to eat junk food within my allowance as a reward once a month though. So bunless double cheese burger with cake feels rewarding but I'm also still on track if that makes sense. I found I was eating upwards of like 4,000 calories when I tried to…
-
I pick as close as I can get to acurate and add things I haven't eaten with 20-40calories to make up for it being under I double check everything.
-
It's a brutal truth but personally I'd rather take my medicine all at once as it helps me accept and move past ruts. I realize everyone accepts things differently though.
-
So I was struggling with this too. I overcame it by planning a reward day where I ate my normal deficit calories but I ate food I wanted modified for celebration. I used bunless hamburger, gluten and dairy free german chocolate cake and baked potato chips in moderation with veggies. My rule is the reward can't be a cheat…

I think it's based on your overall goal. I have 30lbs to lose but haven't hit 15yet and haven't seen it. I'm at about 12lbs. Previously I got them occasionally at large markers.
