This is my approximate goal! Did you do it just form counting calories and exercise?

I have seen the success stories I just notice with a lot of them that they use different methods like counting macros and I didn't know if people lost the weight strictly just from calories.

I am afraid that I will get so focused on the number that if it doesn't budge as quickly as I hope I will be really hard on myself and have temptation to give in but I also want to know when I am making progress.
