You would just go low cal for the vacation period and be prepped for low carb upon return. I'm doing keto, and once Halloween comes around I'll go nuts! But will be back on it asap.

Well I lost 8lbs in 7 days and then I had alcohol and now my body is retaining water weight. I'm hoping I'll be back on track by the weekend.
