I turn 30 this year and I refuse to turn 30 like this. I want to celebrate and take pictures I’m proud of. I want to select average weight on dating apps lol and I want to meet someone that is motivated and passionate. For that I need to be motivated and passionate lol and I want my babies to have a good example.

I’m with you. I have hashimotos and I take levothyroxine. I was told my numbers were normal on meds but I still have trouble losing weight. I have to eat less calories then others to lose the same amount. I am just now back after gaining back the 17 pounds I lost. It’s very hard. Are you on any meds?

Me! 🙋♀️ I just finished a small bag of chips and it’s 7am. No I can’t do that all the time and choose lower calorie/ nutrient dense food most of the time but when I really want something I make it work. And I don’t plan to go over my calories today :)

I have hashimotos. As long as you take the correct done replacements you should be able to lose weight. But without medication I don’t know how you could. Your metabolism is almost non existent without your thyroid.

Buy a food scale and weigh your solids/ measure your liquids. Stay within your calorie goal and as long as you measure properly you WILL lose weight. Eat healthy to feel good but eat whatever you want as long as it’s within your calorie limit to lose weight! I still eat ice cream once in a while and enjoy occasional treats…
